Care Provider Screening Process
How It Works
Trust Nannyology to find the perfect match for your family in a fraction of the time, allowing you to focus on what matters most: spending quality time with your loved ones.
To begin the process of finding your perfect match, start by completing our Family Registration Form, and paying our registration fee. By providing us with this information, we can gain a deeper understanding of your family’s needs and preferences, and use it to find strong candidates that match your criteria. Once we receive your registration, our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and preferences in greater detail, to ensure that we identify the perfect match for your family.
Once we have received your family’s needs and preferences, we will send you a selection of childcare provider resumes that match the skill sets and experience required to meet your requirements. From this selection, you can choose which candidates you would like to interview. We coordinate all scheduling, ensuring that you can focus on finding the perfect match for your family. If you feel that you need additional candidates, we will provide you with more options until you find the perfect fit for your family’s needs.
We provide you with interviewing tools to help you conduct thorough and effective interviews with the childcare providers you have selected. We will also assist in scheduling these interviews to ensure they are convenient for you. Once you have found a candidate whom you believe is a good fit for your family, we offer a trial period to ensure that you have made the right choice. We will coordinate this trial period for you, ensuring everything goes smoothly and that you are fully satisfied with your choice.
In the event of a successful trial, we will offer our support in completing the placement process. This includes helping with agreements and, if necessary, introducing you to one of our payroll specialists. We will maintain regular communication with both the family and the childcare providers to ensure everything is running smoothly. However, if for any reason the chosen candidate is not an ideal fit, we are committed to providing an alternative childcare provider within the first 90 days of their employment.

Stella and her team were wonderful! They listened to our needs and introduced us to Shannon who we hired and love. They made the process simple and we highly recommend them.
James and Connie C.
This agency is amazing. Randy was very understanding and worked with me to accommodate my needs. The other nanny agencies I tried weren’t willing to work with my situation, but they were flexible, understanding, and caring! I have nothing but positive things to say, and the quality of the nannies they sent my way were top notch. I’m hard to please, but you’d be a fool not to go with them!
Casandra T.
As a first time parent I couldn’t imagine finding someone who I’d trust to take care of my son when I went back to work. Stella and her team were excellent and made the experience far less scary. They presented several nannies that had the skills I was seeking. Once I chose Beth, they guided me through writting an agreement and even checked in to see how things were going. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone seeking an experienced nanny.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to find my childcare provider?
Typically, it takes between 2 to 6 weeks to find a childcare provider after we receive your completed family intake form and registration fee.
How many childcare providers do I get to interview?
We begin by providing you with the resumes of two to three candidates who we believe match your requirements and are suitable for an interview. If these candidates do not meet your needs, we will continue to provide additional resumes until you find the right fit.
How can we proceed with conducting a trial with the childcare provider we interviewed?
After choosing your preferred childcare provider(s), notify Nannyology, and we will guide you through the process of setting up a trial period. Should the trial period be a success, you can extend a formal offer, and we will handle the communication with the childcare provider on your behalf. Once the offer is accepted, we will also provide support in arranging a childcare contract and managing payroll, if necessary.
What exactly is a childcare contract and what is its significance?
A childcare contract is a legally binding agreement between two parties, in this case, the childcare provider and the parent. The purpose of a childcare contract is to establish clear expectations, rights, and obligations for both parties. A childcare contract will typically outline the terms and conditions of employment, such as the pay rate, hours of work, job duties, benefits, and expectations for both parties.
Having a childcare contract is important to protect both the parent and the childcare provider. It ensures that both parties understand and agree to the terms of employment, which can help prevent misunderstandings and disputes down the line. Additionally, having a written childcare contract can provide legal protection in the case of a disagreement or dispute.
A childcare contract is necessary to establish clear expectations and protect both parties in the employment relationship.
