Nannyology utilizes the science of personality matching along with extensive screening and experience to make exceptional matches. We know that success is ultimately about human behavior, it is the blend of personalities and timing, finding the right candidate for the right family at the right time. We take the necessary time to understand the unique needs of each family and care provider ensuring great outcomes with matchmaking. Nannyology aims to ensure that the matchmaking process enhances the lives of families and care providers alike.
Hello Families and Care Providers,
Like all of you, we have been monitoring the evolving impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). At Nannyology, it has always been a top priority to keep children, parents, and Care Providers safe and healthy. With that in mind, we want to remind everyone of a few of our policies to keep everyone healthy.
Washing hands– We are requiring Care Providers to wash their hands when they arrive at a home. We have reminded them to be extra vigilant in handwashing through the entire time they are in the home.
Illness– If your Care Providers feels at all unwell, they will notify the Nannyology team immediately. We will work to provide a substitute Care Provider to meet your needs. If you choose to cancel instead, just let us know.
Sick Parents– The health of our Care Providers and families are equally important. Transparency from both parties with regards to illness is key to containing the spread of viruses. In light of this, we ask you fully disclose any illnesses you or any of your immediate family members have when making a sitting request.
Travel– We have asked Care Providers who have traveled in the past two weeks to not interview for jobs. This is to protect our families. We will also ask families who have traveled by plane in the past two weeks to inform us so the Care Provider can make an informed decision before accepting a position.
We are here to assist you with all of your childcare needs. You can reach us at email@example.com.
Thank you for your continued business.
All our best,
The Nannyology Team
Stella and her team were wonderful! They listened to our needs and introduced us to Shannon who has delivered them. They made the process simple and we highly recommend them.
This agency is amazing. Randy was very understanding and worked with me to accommodate my needs. The other nanny agencies I tried weren’t willing to work with my situation, but they were flexible, understanding, and caring! I have nothing but positive things to say, and the quality of the nannies they sent my way were top notch. I’m hard to please, but you’d be a fool not to go with them!
As a first time parent I couldn’t imagine finding someone who I’d trust to take care of my son when I went back to work. Stella and her team were excellent and made the experience far less scary. They presented several nannies that had the skills I was seeking. Once I chose Beth, they guided me through writting an agreement and even checked in to see how things were going. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone seeking an experienced nanny.
How long does it take to find my Care Provider?
It usually can take between 2 to 6 weeks to find a Care Provider after we receive your family intake form and deposit.
How many Care Providers do we get to interview?
We start off by sending two to three candidates for an interview based on what we think will be the right fit. If these do not work, we will send more as needed.
We've chosen our Care Provider! What do we do now?
Contact Nannyology and let us know who you have chosen. We will call with the job offer. After acceptance, we will assist with the contract negotiations.
What is a contract and why do we need one?
The contract will go over everything to make sure the Care Provider and Parent are on the same page. The contract will go over pay, hours, benefits, job duties, and expectations.
What happens if the placement doesn't work out?
Nannyology has a guarantee: If the placement doesn’t work out in the first 90 days, we will offer you a one-time replacement of a Care Provider at no additional cost.
