Minimum requirements for a Care Provider to be considered for placement opportunities:

  • 23+ and legally authorized to work in the US
  • Clean criminal record
  • Clean driving record
  • 5+ years of recent childcare experience
  • Excellent references
  • Educated to college level
  • CPR & First Aid Certifications
  • TrustLine verified
  • Continued Childhood Education

The Process

The steps we utilize to find your perfect match.

Comprehensive Online Application

We review all applications and resumes, paying close attention to their education, skill-set and work history.

Initial Interview

If an applicant’s resume meets our strict standards, an interview is scheduled. During the interview, we get a feel for the candidate’s personality and communication skills. We share our expectations with candidates we consider for placement opportunities.

Virtual Interview

We revisit and discuss their application and resume. We will ask a wide variety of questions allowing us the opportunity to get to know them better while gauging their morals and ethics. We identify the type of position the candidate seeks and determine what type of family would be a good fit for their personality.

References Check and Employment Verification

We require a minimum of three childcare references. Each reference is contacted by telephone and is asked a list of questions about the services and experiences provided by the candidate. We ask the reference to speak openly about the candidate.

Our background checks utilize multiple sources allowing us the ability to cross-check our findings.
