Family pays a $250.00 (non-refundable) Registration fee upfront, due when you submit your application. This is the only fee the family is responsible for paying upfront to start your search. You will pay your placement fee once you interview and offer the candidate the job and they accept.
The full-time or part-time placement fee is 20% of the first year’s gross salary. In the case of a temporary position (less than one year) the fee is 25%.
If for some reason the placement doesn’t work out in the first 90 days, we will offer you a one-time replacement of a Care Provider at no additional cost.
