Families spend lots of time searching, screening, and checking references in the hopes of finding their Care Provider. Step 1

Complete our Family Intake Form and pay our registration fee. The information collected will assist in finding strong candidates for your family. Our team will contact you to discuss your needs and wants for your perfect match.

Step 2

We send resumes of Care Providers that have the skill-sets and experience required to assist your family. Choose which Care Providers you would like to interview or ask for additional candidates.

Step 3

We will provide you with interviewing tools and set up interviews with the Care Providers you choose. Think you’ve found your match? Ensure you made the right choice by allowing us to coordinate a trial with the candidate.

Step 4

We follow up with both parties from time to time. If for some reason the placement doesn’t work out in the first 90 days, we offer a one-time replacement of a Care Provider at no additional cost.

Fees

Registration Fee:

Family pays a $250.00 (non-refundable) Registration Fee upfront; due when you submit your application. This is the only fee the family is responsible for paying upfront in order to start your search. You will pay your placement fee once you interview and offer the candidate the job, and they accept.

 

Placement Fee:

Full-time or part-time placement is 20% of the first year’s gross salary. In the case of a temporary position (less than one year), the fee is 25%.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to find my Care Provider?

It usually takes between 2 to 6 weeks to find a Care Provider after we receive your family intake form and deposit.

How many care providers do we get to interview?

We start off by sending two to three candidates for an interview based on what we think will be the right fit. If these do not work, we will send more as needed.

Where do our interviews take place?

For the Care Provider and parent interview, the parent’s home if everyone is comfortable with it. If not, a local Starbucks or Panera.

Contact Nannyology and let us know who you have chosen. We will call with the job offer. After acceptance, we will assist with the contract negotiations.

What is a contract and why do we need one?

The contract will go over everything to make sure the Care Provider and parent are on the same page. The contract will go over pay, hours, benefits, job duties, and expectations.

What happens if the placement doesn't work out?
