Background Checks
Every background check is as unique as the individual applying, so the completion time varies with each report. Most of our background checks take a few business days to complete, but some may take up to two weeks or more. We offer several types of background checks, including; criminal records, motor vehicle driving records, employment verifications, among others. Our background check company is licensed by the Professional Background Screenings Association and has several layers of security in place to keep your candidates’ information secure.

Drug Testing – $75.00
EXPRESS RESULTS ONLINE (ERO): Rapid urine testing. ERO is an instant urine test that can be ordered online for your donors and reports back to you within hours if negative and positive results are sent to the laboratory for screen and confirmation:

Non-Disclosure Agreements – $25.00
This PDF guides you through the basics of what to include when preparing a confidentiality agreement for your Care Provider. A sample contract is also included for your review and use.
Reference Checks (3 references) – $50.00
Our highly trained professional staff has years of experience working with references. The Reference Checking Team will make several attempts to connect with each reference provided by your Care Provider.
Reference Checking Process
Day 1
A call is made to each reference provided, if the reference does not take the call, a voicemail is left requesting the reference returns our call or provides us with a time that is convenient to connect with them.
Day 2
A second call is made to references who were unreachable on day 1, if the reference doesn’t take the call a text message will be sent requesting an opportunity to connect with them to discuss your candidate.
Day 3
A third call is made to references who were unreachable, email is sent requesting a time to connect if unsuccessful. The candidate is asked to provide a nudge to their reference(s) in an attempt to make the connection.
Day 4
No action is taken.
Day 5
A fourth and final call is made to references who were unreachable, if the reference doesn’t take our call the reference is considered unreachable and will no longer be contacted, the service is considered completed.
Note:
If a reference makes contact after being deemed unreachable, Nannyology will complete the reference check and send our findings to the family.
An option for references to complete the process online is available (sometimes requested by busy professionals) this option is only used with family approval.
